Return Eligibility Window
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return request.

Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a full refund, all returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused & Undamaged: The item must not have been ridden outdoors, scratched, or subjected to any wear and tear beyond basic indoor inspection.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its complete original manufacturer’s packaging, including all inserts, foam padding, cardboard dividers, and protective films.
  • Complete Accessories: All components must be included: charger, manuals, assembly tools, keys (if applicable), and any complimentary items that came in the box.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived defective or were shipped in error:

  • Items that show clear signs of use, dirt, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Any product returned without its original packaging or missing essential components.
  • Gift cards and promotional merchandise marked “Final Sale.”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email our support team at info@ridejetsoon.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship anything back before receiving authorization.
  2. Receive a Prepaid Label: If your return is approved, we will email you a free prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original box, affix the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. There are no restocking fees, and return shipping is completely on us.

Refund Processing & Timing

  • Inspection: Once your return package reaches our facility, it will be inspected within 1-2 business days of receipt. We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • Refund Initiation: Upon approval, your refund will be initiated immediately. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
  • Refund Appearance: After we process the refund, it typically takes an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing speed.
  • What’s Refunded: The full purchase price of the item plus any applicable sales tax will be returned to you. Original shipping is free, so no shipping charges are deducted.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order for the desired model, and simply return your existing item for a full refund following the steps above.
